His exceptional skills have been showcased on various television shows, such as WE TV's Platinum Weddings, Food Network's Sweet Genius and Holiday Baking Championship and Cooking Channel's Cake Hunters. In 2020 Chef Padua returned to Food Network to compete in Chopped Sweets, with the legendary Queen of Cake Sylvia Weinstock as a judge. Notably, he emerged victorious in the 2013 Capital Food Fight's High Stakes Cake Battle, hosted by Duff Goldman, solidifying his reputation as a culinary force to be reckoned with.

Beyond his culinary achievements, Chef Padua is committed to giving back to the community. He generously lends his time and pastry talents to organizations such as DC Central Kitchen, where he contributes to training unemployed adults for culinary careers and providing healthy school meals. Additionally, Chef Padua has served as a celebrity chef judge and actively participated in Central Union Mission's HeArt & Sole charity event, which supports the homeless population in the DC Metro area.
